No restriction on applying together provided you have secured a full time skilled role.anttor said:No. But I know with NOC A and B job I can apply for OWP for my spouse. I need to know is there any restriction to applying together.
I don't think a job offer is enough. I believe we have seen refusals when only a job offer was provided. I believe CIC expect you to actually be in the role and already working full time (and being paid) when you apply for the OWP. If you aren't in the job yet, I would wait until you are before you apply for the OWP.anttor said:I have a full time NOC B job offer.
1. You have to include a job description from the employer and a minimum of 1 pay stub to prove that you are working in a skilled job.scylla said:I don't think a job offer is enough.
