Hi All,

My spouse is having ICT Closed WP and I have open WP with 1 year experience in Canada.

Can I also create EE profile and will I be eligible for PR under CEC class?

You have to calculate whether you have 67 points to be eligible for express entry and then you will have to see what your CRS score is and whether you will be able to get selected. Many are waiting to get accepted for CEC so would look at other express entry programs as well which may lead to PR faster.
