I'm an international student and have work permit and study permit valid until 2016. I study in university and have course for 2 years.I am here in Canada since January 2014.
From August my husband and 2 kids arrived here as visitors
And we apply for my husband for open spousal work visa.
Is it possible that cic will refuse and split family.
I even afraid to think about it,
But is there any one hwo has any idea
