Hello Guys
I had applied my wife's spouse open work permit 4 months ago. Unfortunately, her visa got refused on August 01, 2019. Her Refusal letter says that ICRC is not satisfied with the documentation and they believe that she will not return back to home country after the end of her stay. Refusal letter says that this is because of financial status and personal assets and purpose of visit.

Marriage Pics
My Official Transcripts
My Passport
My Enrollment Letter
My LOA from College
My Change of Program in College
Her Passport
Her Birth Certificate
Her Resume
Her Academic Documents
Family Details

Can somebody please suggest to me that what should I do next?
I want to reapply for her visa ASAP
