Hi,
I need help applying for Spouse open work permit.
I'm on study permit which expires on July 2018 and my fiance is on her PGWP and expires in Apr 2019. We got married last week and got our marriage certificate. Need help regarding the forms to be filled and documents.

Your spouse must have a NOC A, B or 0 job with 3 payslips for you to qualify for an OWP.

Your spouses Open Work Permit would only be valid until your study permit expires. If your spouses PQWP is expires 2019, why don't you guys just apply for express entry?
