Spouse Open Work Permit

I am a international student. I got married last year in july in India. I applied for my wife's (Spouse open work permit) on December 4, 2015 inside Canada from an immigration consultant. I am still waiting for any update. Its been 2 months we applied for it, still waiting for any update. But nothing is coming up yet.
Is there anyone who applied for spouse open work permit in December or November 2015 is still waiting, got rejected or accepted.

I applied online in October.. the current waiting time is about 140 days.

Where is your spouse? India or Canada? If she is in India make sure you use the indian address as current address (that would indicate application made outside of Canada and would be processed faster).

If she is in Canada, all you can do is wait!

My wife is currently in India and yes her address is the current address where she is living right now. You applied in October, How many days your application took?
