Hi,

I am in canada on PGWP working full time as a retail sales supervisor under NOC B-6211. I applied for my spouse open work permit in April 2015 but it got refused on July 10, 2015. I am meeting all the requirements. Why they refused it? the reason mentioned here is that::

I am not satisfied you meet the requirements of R205(c)(ii).

Could you please help me with this. because we want to reapply. Please help me urgently so that we can do it again asap.

did u attach ur job description and NOC number with ur spouses OWP application?

yes I attached job letter. but I didn't add NOC #.
And, I attached all the additional docs with marriage certificate.

by job letter i dont mean offer letter . a letter from HR showing NOC and ur job description ....only title of job is not enough.

I was not sure before. I just mentioned that I am working as a supervisor.

So, Can we reapply with new job letter? what additional docs do we need?

And, how much time they will take for this process in cic?

it means we can still get approval with valid job letter?
