spouse open work permit

Hi i am in Canada working under Noc A Category. I have applied for pr for me and my spouse who is in India. Our status is in process since last 4 months. I am wondering if i can apply for his open work permit online from Canada.If yes how can i do that.

Create an account on behalf of your wife and apply for work permit and upload related documents....thats it..

He should apply to Canadian embassy in India. Only persons legally admitted to Canada (and not visitors) can apply from within Canada.

It doesn't make any difference when u apply online...it goes right away to CHC New Delhi...Dont worry, they will take care of ur application
