Hi this is the thread for all those who are spouses of international students and they have applied for OWP in September

Datee filed 19th September
Biometrics 19th September
I applied on paper and was successful in linking paper application to online account
Eligibility under review
Background checks in progress

But mo medical request or further update till now

Look in the work section. Spouses of international students are not guaranteed visas/permits. It is often multiple months before you get a response.

I got friends who applied inside Canada, it takes over 3 months to process .

Maximum processing time is 7 weeks from india
