Spouse Open Work Permit Rejected

Open work permit for my spouse got rejected. The letter states that its refused under NOC code eligibility.

I have a job title of Technical Sales Representative which falls under Level B job code NOC 6221.

Can anyone help me on this one please?
What should we do?
