Spouse open work permit rejected

Hi,
I applied for a Study Permit and my spouse for an open work permit.

My spouse open work permit was rejected but my current status still Submitted. When we check the letter of the reason of my spouse, one of the reason says:

"Your spouse' case was refused therefore you do not qualify for an open work permit." (referring to me)

So, don't know if I have to wait until my status change or if we can apply again ...

How many weeks have passed since your wife submitted her application and what is the timeline for your visa office. It is possible that they may have made the decision but her online acct is not updated yet.

We have 3 weeks and 3 days since we submitted our application.
In the Check Processing Time says 3 weeks from my country.

which means by now they should be making a decision or may be have made the decision because its passed the deadline. Keep tracking.

Still the same. and we need to wait for this because we can't apply again until they take the decision

yes, definitely possible. But looking at the refusal reason for your spouse, it looks like they are saying that they rejected your application.

They are really unpredictable sometimes so dont loose hope and wait to see what happens.
