Spouse open work permit refused again tensed..!!!! Suggest me something.

Hey Guys,

Please help me on my situation..

My husband Spouse open work permit rejected third time..

What should we do next really tensed please suggest..

Below are the reasons they give the reason.

1.. Travel History
2.. Purpose of Visit (it's already clear the purpose open work permit)
3.. You won't leave canada by end of your stay..(He shows good funds and property as well on her mother name)
4.. You family ties in canada and in your residence country

Can someone suggest me on this..

After three refusals it's going to be pretty difficult to get an approval. I wouldn't bother applying again unless something significant changes or there is proof your husband failed to provide the first three times.

His mother's property documents are not evidence of ties to his home country. The property belong to his mother - not him.

Just showing funds does not demonstrate strong ties to his home country. Does he have a job? Can he show proof of employment? Does he own any property himself? Does he own a business?

Again, I wouldn't bother reapplying until something significant changes in your lives and your husband is able to show stronger ties to his home country.

Significant changes and now my salary has been increased ... and second our AINP file number came in which he is added..

He doesn't have property on his name but he does have car on his name.

and yes he has very good work experience..5 years work exp.

Currently he is working and we have shown his all offer letter ..

Don't know now what kind of proof they need ...

Scylla if his mother transfer the property on his name that would be workable or not.

Suggest something ...this is very difficult for us as our PR will come on 2017

Humber is not an university. It's just a college. And there is no MASTER program offered in Humber college. Did you get approval for what you have declared ?

Yes humber is among the spp college , and my wife ia pursuing post graduation in fashion management and promotions..

Still waiting for the passport.......31 working days are already up...fingers crossed
