Dear All,
I applied for my spouse's open work permit from india on December 27, 2018 and I got a mail stating her application has been rejected on January 25, 2019. Following are the reasons they mentioned:
1. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.
2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
3. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
4. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
5.I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
6. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
7. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
Following are the documents I submitted when filing paper application from India.
1. Copies of My passport pages
2. My Work Permit Paper copy
3. My Job salary Slip ( Working in NOC B)
4. My Wife's Job experience letters
5. My Wife's Official transcript
6. Marriage Certificate
7. Her passport size photographs
My question is: What were the documents missing in my filing?
Should I reapply? Is that fine if I reapply from Canada instead of India?
Please help me regarding those questions
Thank you
