I had applied for a study permit and
I just got my visa stamped on my passport (eTA?). I will be travelling to Canada only after a month. I would like to know if I can apply for spouse open work permit for my wife with just the visa/eTA in the passport ?
Or will I be able to apply only after getting my study permit from the airport, the first time I land in Canada ?
