Hey everyone, i from india my wife is also from india so me and my wife got married on 8th april 2017... . my wife went to canada for study on 28th may 2017 shes doing 2 years diploma of business accounting. its been about 2 months now... I want to go there to stay with her till she completes her studies and wanna work I have some questions regarding the type of visa should i apply.
( Should i apply for sowp from india and what are the chances of getting visa approval or my agent suggested me to apply for visitor visa after she completes her first semester he said you can apply for sowp once you get visitor visa and come to canada within canada he said the chances of getting sowp are higher then?) guys im confused i would really appreciate if anyone can help me here.
I have done 2 years diploma in hospitality management from uk in 2014 after that i came back to india and applied for degree in canada and got 2 refusals in 2015. Im currently running my own business now.
