Spouse open work permit Online application approved but no instructions

Hi all,

Me and my wife are here in Canada where I have a close work permit and she has TRV. We applied for her open work permit online and it has now been "Approved" for last 5 days but since then, we have not received any further emails/instructions/letters from CIC as to how to actually get a work permit.

Is it normal for them to take this long after approving an application to send further instructions? Also any idea on how long does it take to get further instructions from them?
