Spouse Open Work Permit on My sudent visa

Dear,
I am taking 1 year course at Humber college, I wanted to take my spouse along with me.
1) we are planing to process at one time, let me knw what are the changes of accepting the visa.
My spouse has 7 Years of Software experience.

2) If we get the Open work Permit , are there any limit in number of Hours to work while i am studying the course?

3) For 1 Year course, Do we get 1 Year stay Bacck extra?

You can apply for her open work permit togather with your application.. check document list of your country assigned and the processing time.....on open work permit there is no LMO required... your spouse can work as per labour laws as all people work. but for you there will be limit to wor 20 hrs per week off campus in class days and can work full time while your college is closed.... on study of 1 year program u will be eligible getting 1 year PGWP....

As i read few review, there may be chance of rejection for both what are those case's??
My back ground:
Msc Nursing - 3 Years Teaching experience
My Spouse back ground:

How many days will i to Pay Tuition fee?
can i process my visa and spouse visa then can i pay the tuition fee? because if my spouse visa not process then i want to drop..

If you got acceptance letter there must be something written in condition.. if they ask for any payment confirmation or 1st term payment you have to made it and attach with your application because conditional acceptance letters should be together with the proof that condition has full filled.... There must be a tuition fee notice together with the Acceptance letter you can check the date if there is no payment mention before the registration date then you can apply straight forward.... but if they write pay 1000$ or any as a confirmation fee you have to pay it by any mean like credit card or money order whatever options they describe on tuition payment and attach the copy of acknowledgement with your application.

I am a Grad student here in Canada (arrived in Fall 2012) with a valid study permit till mid 2014. My wife got her TRV for 4 months (we gave prove in her TRV application that she would be going back from Canada soon).

I want to know if she can apply for Open Work Permit (OWP) at the port of entry as we are from Pakistan. I was reading elsewhere on the forums and it was suggested that only citizens of country that don't require a visa to enter Canada can apply for OWP at the point of entry.

Even if she can apply would it be wise to apply it later because applying for OPW at point of entry would contradict with her TRV application mentioning her intention to leave back soon. So I was thinking that this might raise the chances of her being denied entry to Canada. If this is the case would it not be more appropriate to apply at a later point after arrival, but the real question is if it is possible to apply afterwards without requiring her to leave the country and re-enter? Also what are the chances of her OWP getting accepted?

So can you please help clarify the confusion?

Also how else can she extend her stay?

Actually we had earlier applied for a longer period and the application got rejected. We reapplied with a smaller time.

Don't need it on port of entry, just want to know what the best option is...

For proof of her return, we showed her job, family ties and property...
