My husband is working in Canada as a skilled labour for renouned MNC. I had applied for SOWP which got rejected. Earlier i had applied for visiter visa which got rejected too. The reason for rejection is as per paragraph 200 (1)b of IRPR. Below are the factors.
The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• You have not established that you are the spouse or that you meet the definition of
common-law partner, as defined in the IRPR.
• You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a spousal
open work permit pursuant to section 205(c)(ii) of the Regulations.
I am suprised i have shown all the documents showing genuineness of my marriage with my child's birth certificate. Also i am IT professional with 8 yrs of experience. I am really clueless on this rejection. CN someone pls help
