Spouse Open Work Permit & Child Study Permit

Hi everyone,

My situation is like this:
I already got my BC PNP approval last Mar 22, 2014 and applied for PR last May 26, 2014. Just few days ago i found out that I can apply for an Open Work Permit for my husband and Student Permit for my son since we are a BC PNP Nominee already. My question is Can i still apply for their permit even our BC PNP Certificate is already expired last Sep. 22, 2014? If not, is there any way to renew/extend my BC PNP Certificate? Please help.

yes you can i already did it online application but im still waiting for the decision of my SOWP

just got an approval today for PPR even my PNp approval of my wife is expired when i applied

hi, iam helping my uncle with his application
so situation is he has already nominated in new brunswick,.he is also skilled there,.but since he has 3 kids my questios are:
1. can he apply open work permit for her wife and how about the kids?
2. is there income eligibility or show money maybe (he dont earn much cause it is seasonal job)?
