Can we apply Open work permit before entering to Canada for dependent ?

Bro any update

Yes we got the approval. It took 40 days for the entire process. We applied under GTS with a valid LMIA

I applied on 31st October offline with biometrics and medical for my wife in Chandigarh India. On vfs tracking it’s showing under processing from very 2nd day . It’s been 20 days I haven’t received any update, I don’t have any application number or uci to track the application on GC key. Anyone has idea ? What to do now
