spouse of international student apply in one apl or have to apply OWP?any diff

please all help me out ,i am going to apply my student visa for April intake of my 2 year diploma in oct,i want to apply and add my spouse too ,i am confuse what to do should i apply in my application as a temporary resident visa or should i apply separate application for open work permit as he needs to work the time i will be studying there if i get the study permit. please help me out

1. You can apply at the most 3 months in advance of school start dates. Your choice if you want to apply for a TRV or OWP. You have option to apply for OWP later as well.

thanks ,so TRV is temperary resedent visa ,and when i apply for my student visa application they said for abu dhabi application as iam from pakistan our application will go to abu dhabi and they need documents in which they asked spouse or commonlaw partner you applying for owp or TRV so if i click on TRV then i do not need to submit seperate application???? but if i click OWP is there any seperate application ???? i searched alot they have onlyu work permit application and obviously he dont have any job employer ,is there any link ? i have heard that owp rarely couple gets with student visa?/

and also if i will apply owp for my spouse being my student application ,should i submit my spouse bank statements and stubs too with ielts or academic degrees ?? or my statement showing 10k cad and 4k cad dollar in my statement is enough ,also i have my sponsor for college fees my bro will take care of my fees.
