My family recently got PPR to Canada and we have until may 15th 2018 to land. However my wife and I are on the verge of separation, and she is no longer interested in Migrating. I however still have the interest. On our application she was the primary applicant which i means she certainly has to land for any or all of us to get PRTD. So i have a few questions:

1) If i am able to convince her to to land, though she has no interest in staying, would i still qualify for citizenship after three years though my family may not be there with me?
2) If she decides that she will not do the landing, will i need to re-apply for myself and kids and will she need to be on the application?
3) What would be the result of informing CIC of this change in family circumstances?

1) Yes - you will qualify for citizenship.
2) Yes - you will need to reapply from scratch. If you want to exclude her from the application, you'll need to be able to prove that you have legally separated or have formally filed for divorce.
3) Your COPR / PR visa would most likely be canceled.
