Spouse Name different in Passport

I recently applied for PR and received AOR too. However, I realised an anomaly and want to know how to manage it. While my wife 's name in her passport, marriage certificate, education documents are all the same (SRIPRIYA RADHAKRISHNAN) (some just had the initials and I ensured I got the affidavit), her name in my passport's spouse field is written as SRIPRIYA SRIRAM. I didn't realise this and hence didn't clary this is on my LOE. Should I now submit a LOE through webform and explain this? Unfortunately I cannot get a affidavit as my wife is in India and my passport (original) in question is with me.

im guessing the last name difference is due to marriage? if yes, an LOE with copy of marriage cert should suffice. should not be a reason for rejection, atmost VO might ask for more documents.
