Spouse name change after marriage

Hi all,
What documents should I upload for my spouse for the name change?
I do have the marriage certificate along with her passport & aadhaar with the updated name.
Will this be enough or should I get the affidavit created too?

yes this will work. That's almost what I did. I attached the marriage certificate, along with a document having her current name. I also attached LOE with it mentioning the way to verify and the reasons why I have attached these documents.
