I got married recently. My spouse is on workpermit. we have updated her Indian passport with my name as a middle name.Our surname is same. Do I have to update all her documents like Canadian license, healthcard, and subsequently update the name in phone bill, bank accounts, etc.?
Currently, in all the Canadian documents it's herName + FatherName+ surname.
I am PR and want to submit her file under Spousal sponsorship. Is it ok to submit all the doc as per her older name (herName + FatherName+ surname ), only the passport will have her new name (herName + husbandName+ surname )?
