Spouse is a citizen. As a dependent on student visa, do i pay domestic fees?

Planning to study in UBC / BCIT, nursing program.

I've found a few university accepting exemption of international fees for international students (therefore paying domestic fees)

So i am wondering the same for UBC/BCIT. anyone got insight on those?
