spouse inland-medical requested again when you did medical upfront???

Hi guys,

questions, im so confused. I sent my application sep 2015 and medical was sent with the apps. I did my medical aug 2015 and just got an email to cic that requesting medical AGAIN?

1. Is this normal?
2. Does this mean that my spouse got first stage approved?is this too early
3. What should I do??

Hi currently, I'm in the similar situation as you.

I did upfront medical exam just two moths before submitting the application for spouse open work permit. I have uploaded Medical results information sheet along with the application. Now after 4 months of processing time surprisingly CIC asked me for MR (medical results) and gven me 30 day. Dont know what to do exactly. I have just sent the same MR document again and waiting for their response.Why they asked again...soo shocking surprise..

If you share your experience that would give great relief for me

The medical results are valid for 1 year so if you're coming close to that date or it's passed then they can ask you to send a new medical exam request

The person reviewing your app missed seeing the medical proof. It's a simple error, not a "shocking surprise". You've already sent the proof again, so they will update your app when they get it.
