Spouse in Express Entry - can she work?

Hello, if I get a Canada Visa through Express Entry under a NOC 0, and I'm include my wife in the application, can she look for a job as soon as we arrive in Canada? Or does she need additional steps to have a work permit?

She doesn't need a work permit if she becomes a PR, she is free to look for a job once you finish the landing procedures.
