My wife is now in Alberta for 1 month under caregiver path. I'm in my home(SEA) country and planning to submit EE profile. Please advise me on my below inquiry.

1. Should i include my wife as accompany even she is already in Canada on work permit?
* If i include her as accompany in my EE our CRS is higher

Yes. Putting her as accompanying means she will get PR status same time as you do.

Even if she is physically in Canada right now, her status is temporary. You would want to declare her in your PR application so she can also get PR status sooner.

Wow. Appreciate your prompt response on my inquiry.

Follow up question though, Do you think the fact that she is already there and working gives us a better chance of getting Provincial Nomination?

Depends on the provincial nomination’s eligibility requirements and processing times.
