Hello...
Im from india and my husband has a PR in Canada.He applied for my pr under spouse sponsorship and got approved for same.

My current status online is decision made with following timelines:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 12, 2014.

We started processing your application on August 27, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I'm concerned whether it is happroved or not.. Also... In how many days I can expect a reply from CIC. Thanks

generally, if you did not have an interview, and no other requests were made, then it's a positive decision. to know how the new dehli office handles approvals, it's best to ask in the thread specific to that visa office. each office does things slighly differently...

99% it's a positive decision, since no interview and you sent in all the documents they asked for. The 1% might be if they requested documents like a re-medical or something, but you never got that email or document, then the deadline passes and you are refused.

Hey thanks for ur reply. Well I didn't receive any mail or letter requesting for additional documents like u mentioned. Still I wanted to know in how many days I can expect thr decision mail or letter .
