spouse immigration please help me

hello everyone... my husband sponsored me from Canada (family class spouse)...I am Pakistani... he is a permanent resident...he mailed part 1 and part 2 to Canada visa office... but what is part 3??? we have to mail this form to Islamabad visa office or somewhere else??? m really very confused??? please help me

Part 3 needs to be included with Part 1 and Part 2 in the original application package.

Thanks Scylla for you help... but we did not mail part 3 and my husband got acknowledgment letter from Mississauga that he is eligible to sponsor me and they give us file number... now please tell should we submit part 3 to Islamabad because now they forwarded our case to Islamabad????

yani11 : Dear if the case has been transferred to Islamabad visa office then you should contact them and ask if you need to submit PART-3 directly to Islbd office or to CIC,Ottawa ?
