We submitted our document at end of June , and immigration did receive our document as well on June 30 2017 . We linked our account on the CIC website , however, the CIC website keep saying that action is required but no any message for 6 months till now . So far we haven't heard any thing back from them . we only received a email for the UCI number and File number , we submitted our background check and forms on June as well even though the list said they dont need at that time .
Is that normal that since 6 months , the immigration not start to process our application ? because we havent heard anything from them , no addition document , no medical exam , no background check .
we are so worry and dont know what should we do . we call the immigration couple times , the agent said dont worry , the action is required will be gone later , however , it is been 6 months , it is still technology problem and the action is required and no message is still there. there isnt any update for our application . Is that normal ?
