Yes the ITA means all your docs should be valid, hence the 60 days limit is given.

If the CRS is above the ITA round, then it won't be a problem.
But, if your spouse's IELTS score completes your 67-pointer eligibility, then it will be a problem.

Have seen many gcms notes where the officers re-calculate the CRS score during the initial assessment.
