how many points does my spouse get for her IELTS score : she is not the principal applicant............. does she get 5 points ??? for adaptability

Your Spouse need a CLB 4 level in each module which corresponds to the following bands in IELTS:
Listening: 4.5 Reading: 3.5 Writing: 4.0 Speaking: 4.0

So yes you can claim 5 points under adaptability.
