Lets suppose I will have my application on EE accepted and move to Canada next month. I and my fiancee have plans to get married by the end of this year (when she finishes her PHD). Will she be able to move to Canada? How would be the process for her?

If she's not included in your application you will have to go through the spousal sponsorship process after you yourself become a PR.

Hi jonny ,

I am in the same situation as you. You can apply with her as your common-law partner and both of you will receive PR . If you want to go months before her , it can be done.
