when can i possibly get letter from CIC-Canada confirming that they've received my application? is it really 37 days or more?

hi! malalaman mo na nareceived na nila by tracking it thru sa courier or kung pano mo pinadala sakanila. yung 37 days naman, yun yung standard processing time nila for step 1 which is yung sponsor application.

hey.. we still can't open it. pero my hubby called cic na and we were able to get an update na.

You can send it via courier.. DHL, Fedex.. etc..
It is faster..

Did someone say they called the embassy and got an update ? I thought that was not allowed until the regular processing time had expired ?

Your welcome. I sent the package last April 01, 2011 (friday), CPC-M received it April 04,2011 (monday) using Canadapost.

Yeah no update yet...nalulungkot na nga ko...i always keep myself busy..di ko na nga alam kung ano pa gagawin ko...aside from work ko, nagaaral ako magluto hehe...haayy sana naman may goodnews tayo..tom us tuesday..so i guess tuesday ang usually updates right?

Im about to send my application package also only missing is Option C print out. Is it registered mail? How would you know that they receive your app? is there anything that you can track?

my hubby called the embassy kasi 37 days have passed already and we still have no news if he's approved as sponsor or not. anyway, we got an update and we we're able to open his ecas yesterday lang.

when you send it via courier or even canadapost, they will give you a tracking number naman. you can use that to track kung ano ng nangyari sa application mo.
