dapat magsusubmit na kami eh kaya lang kailangan pa pala ng advisory on marriages. june 7 kami nagpakasal.. hindi kasi namin nakita yung checklist agad na para sa sponsored person. kala namin same lang sya dun sa checklist na nadodowload. yung kasama sa mga forms.. 8 days pa daw bago makuha yung advisory on marriages tapos ishiship pa dito sa canada. panu ba yun. pag hindi ba kami nagsubmit nun, buong application babalik samin o irerequest lang nila yung kulang?

based on our experience, we only included our marriage certificate. i overlook the checklist about cenomar or advisory of marriage. but with God's help, it didn't caused any problem and they didn't asked for it. but since you're in the middle of organizing what to send with your application, it's better to comply whatever documents are in the checklist. but it's really up to you. i'm just sharing my point of view. good luck

Hello everyone! Patulong naman po... Pano po ba magsponsor ng anak ko lang pero hindi kasama yung ex husband ko hiwalay na kami pero hindi pa annulled and gusto ko kunin yung anak ko dito sa canada... Pareho lang ba ng process ng pagkuha ng SOWP? Pero dependent children lang... If yes, pano po ako magstart? Pasend naman ng link ng guidelines or ng papers na kailangan ifill-up. yes... tutal naman magrerenew ka rin ng passport... delay din

you better submit the application then follow up later other documents in the process.... please revise your forms bryan isip... see new set forms usually on IM 0008 and IMM 1344

hello po question lang specially sa mga visa issued na. Pag po ba iddeliver na ang passport tatawag muna sa akin ang courier or bigla na lang ito darating sa bahay namin? Pwede po ba ibang tao ang magreceive nito or ako po mismo dapat? Thank you!
