Nakakapraning nga po ang paghihintay!!! Ako po ang hinihintay lang namin si yung visa ng baby ko na 2 y/o. Ppr siya ng june 19 sent her passport the following day hanggang ngayon app rcvd sa ecas!! Worst is i have to go back to canada by 1st wk of september at i have been out of canada for too long waiting for her papers to be finalized.... My heart is breaking thinking na baka maiwan ko pa siya!

Naku ang hirap naman nyan kung maiiwan si baby pero pay lang tayo darating din yan for sure... kelan ka nagfile ng application para sa baby mo pwede ko malaman? same pa din ba sya ng process basta under ng family class sponsorship?thanks

Same pa rin under family sponsorship... Date filed: dec 4, 2012... Ppr: june 19,2013. Im not loosing hope na lalabas na visa niya before the end of aug. pray pray lang.

why kaya delayed sau? maybe you can request for gcms notes to know na yung status ng application nio.

opo, pero wala pa po ako PPR eh.. no idea po,as in clueless kase wala naman update or what aside sa ecas na "application received" pati medical results received na din po.. Feb 20 nung mareceive ng cpc-m.. tas qsc ko approved ng May 08.. pero sabi nila it will take 6-14mos processing eh SA ko po March 25, 2013.. worried lang po ako sa medical ko kase po eexpire na this Sept. 07.. anu po pala ung gcms notes?

good day,share ko lng yung nbasa ko s undertaking under sponsorship.
according dun,for 2years ng pagstay ng sponsored person,all aids you will wish to get like food,clothing,medicine etc must be paid by the sponsor.you cannot get govt assistance for free.you can get bt the govt will ask your sponsor to pay it back.
yun po yung understanding ko.
f u tell them abt this,they might ask you to get medication here and that may delay your visa.

wag mo sabihin sis. baka hanapan kapa ng butas at lalo kang madelay.. baka mamaya sabihin sau magpagaling ka muna then remed ulit.. mahirap na antayin mo nlng po ung visa pra sigurado..

I am new here. I just want to ask on how I can sponsor my partner for 10 years and his son using conjugal sponsorship. He is married and he filed an annulment last year but nothing is happening. He filed it in Cavite and there is a freeze in annulment cases there as they combined all annulment cases in 1 court with no permanent judge. So we were told by our lawyer that it might take long as there are 5,000 cases all in all. I am PR here in Canada for 3 years and I went home every year just to be with them. My family even went home last year hoping i will be marrying. To make the long story short, I just want to know if you think we have a chance? and what are the proofs that I can gather for the application? your reply will be greatly appreciated.

So papunta na sila dito sa sept 2 this year papunta sila rito as a immigrant

Hi! yes required po ng Philippine law yan lahat ng aalis ng bansa as immigrant or temporary worker lahat po kailangan ng PDOS.

parents visa

I'm confused now which visa should i apply for my parents to come here... Tourist visa or super visa.. They won't stay long here in Canada, just to visit me for few months.. If i take super visa i have to purchase a medical insurance and it's not worth it if they'll only stay here for a couple of months..
If i apply tourist, they need a strong ties they'll go back in Phils.. I don't know what kinda strong ties that will really qualify them and convince the officer they'll come back in the Phils.. I only have one brother who also applied as skilled worker here. They don't have major assets now, and have enough funds in their bank account... I really don't know how to start and which one is the best to apply.. Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated.. Thanks

hello go to this website - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp

Select nyo po check application status then select what type of application appropriate for you then aabot po kayo sa page na hingi po yun details ng application like UCI number which can be found sa AOR nyo po. Enter nyo po yun plus all other information ng sponsor ninyo at lalabas na po yun. Hope this helps.

6 months or less stay = tourist visa ... more than 6 months continuous stay = super visa

Strong ties = something that will convince the consul that they will actually go back to the Philippines an example is a certificate of current employment in a company or a business that is under their name. You can include original documentation on all other assets like land titles, car ownership titles etc (don't worry they will give those back to you) plus bank certification on how much funds they have (the higher the better). It will also help if you include a formal letter from you inviting them over to Canada for a visit and include a photocopy of your PR card. That way the Canadian government is assured that if ever your folks overstayed they know whom to go after
