Im pretty sure ibang tao yan but dont worry.. kasama yan ni SG Tuballa... Sila yung security personnel na nasa reception sa baba. Sila yung nag screen out ng mga taong gustong umakyat sa Level 6 ng CEM sa RCBC. ;D

In any case kung may problem man...pwede mo silang balikan kasi may record ka naman sa tracking# mo kung sino yung nag receive ng documents mo sa CEM.

Ganito po sitwasyon ko,

Under spouse sponsorship po ako ng aking asawa na nasa toronto ngayon. Ang status nya po dun ay OPEN PERMIT pa lang. Pero nung nag apply po sya ng PR magkasabay na din po pati yung para sa akin bilang Immediate family niya. Last November 2010 nagpass ako ng application sa immigration dito sa Makati at nakatanggap ako ng notification letter last january 24 2011, Ang sabi dun sa Notification letter ang processing daw ay 15 months after ko mareceive yung letter na yun. Kaso po hanggang ngayon pang 15 months ko na wala pa din letter or call sakin tungkol sa pag medical ang pagkakaaalam ko po kasi sila ang magrerequest ng medical ko then saka na ako pupunta sa designated center. Ligaw na ligaw na po ako di ko na alam kung ano next step ko. Tama po ba na naghintay ako ng medical request from immigration or magpapamedical na ako at iasasaubmit ko na sa kanila? Last July lang po naging OPEN PERMIT yung status ng wife ko then may letter siya about sa medical ng immediate family niya. Buong akala ko po may letter pa ako na marireceive galing sa kanila para sa request for medical.

Sana po matulungan niyo ako. Di ko na alam gagawin ko. Paki Guide po sana ako..

..dont worry Mr Tuballa is the security guard sa CEM. Ibabalik nila yong passport along with your other docs thru official courier DHL.then either text or call for pick up or deliver..

I might add. I think it might be difficult to get the papers AND get married in the same 18 day period. There is a waiting period after getting marriage license. Please investigate all this first. I had to make 2 trips. I arrived on May 4 got my "legal capacity to marry" from embassy that morning, on the plane to Davao in afternoon. Engagement party that evening, lots of pictures. Applied for license in the morning May 5, little running around to satisfy requirements. My wife over 25 so they say no need for the seminar. But only then could we book the wedding with local mayor, not easy to do. And we had to wait 14 days to pick up the marriage license (mandatory waiting period). I had to go home and make 2nd trip couple weeks later to marry on the May 20. Then honeymoon after of course. Make sure you plan everything in advance to make sure you can get it done in 18 days WOW and gl. Don't forget lots of photos of both of you together. Engagement, wedding, honeymoon, family etc.

I`m hoping that we can accomplish all the things we need to get married in 18 days. I already contacted our local civil registrar and i will find an authorized person who can officiate at the wedding in a few weeks. There`s a waiting time of ten days before the marriage license will be released. i`m not sure though if Saturday and Sunday are included in the ten days. Maybe somebody from the forum will clarify.
Me and my future husband lived together for 10 months in Canada and i`ve been away from him for 2 years. I guess i need to explain why it took him so long to come, visit and get married.
i`m having a headache now as i got lots of evidence(lease,joint accounts, bills, letters, cards,skype,text,receipts, etc,pictures) and more when he come. It will be fun answering all those questionnaires with my husband.

,,day, patawaga imo bf sa consular office for appointmet before sya uli..02 256 33 20/ 02 255 30 68..kasi ang asawa ko tumawag muna sa consular para sa appointemet sa LEGAL CAPACITY OF MARRY. nagstay kami sa hotel then the following day appointment niya sa consular office.alamin ng bf mo kung ano ang mga requirements niya para makakuha ng legal capacity of marraige. Sandali lang naman yon..kasi kami medyo natagalan sa loob kasi nagjamming pa kami ni Consul Robert..Bawal ang fiancee pumasok but when Mr Lee spotted me outside the his office he let me in... He is such a nice person..pagkatapos sa consular uwi na kami sa Bohol..

sis balaize, thank you for the tips. i`m glad that you`re about to start your new life in Canada with your husband. ang bilis pa nang timeline mo. i`m about to start pa lang pero in God`s perfect time we will be reunited with our love ones. i hope maka jamming ko rin si Consul Lee .
