I have submitted my EE profile without my Spouse' IELTS scores, since she is yet to take it(the exam is later this month). My Profile entry screen shows I met the minimum eligibility criteria. But I read online and discussed with friends, who are saying its mandatory to have the Spouse also taken IELTS test, before submitting the profile. Please clarify.
