Spouse Education & Necessary docs

Dear Seniors/Experts,
I myself is able to acquire 70 point in new FSWP 2013.I am not taking 5 point from spouse as she has not yet given IELTS .
In this case,if I apply ,will the academic certificates required of my spouse ?
She is an architect.But she has some name spelling problem in school & college certificate.Correction will take time.

In such case ,can I appply with my own academic docs only ?

Seeking support from experts.Please help me..

If her name on certificates do not tally with her passport, you need to get the corrected before presenting it to CIC. Adaptability points for partner's education cannot be added in such situation.

what the hell did you answer have to do anything with his question? do you know english at all? and then you use word "tally" like you are an english master, but you dont know understand crap....

since spouse's education will no more add any points, why should we even bother submitting her certificates?

when we obtain this ECA, do we need to get the same assessed

1. Only for the principal applicant (mandatory)
2. For both principal applicant and spouse who is accompanying the principal applicant (is this mandatory??)
