Spouse Education for Ontario

we recently received ITA, we want to choose Ontario as the province of destination, my question is, does my spouse need to have a bachelor degree to chose Ontario? or it does not mater?

Details :
First applicant : Master Degrees.
Spouse : Two years diploma.
