Hello Everyone,
I have received an ITA under CEC at 504 point and i am married.
I want to include my spouse detail but have no ECA and IELTS score and i dont want to claim that point.
Wondering while accepting ITA, What i need to put his qualification details?

P.S He is a dentist and i dont want to claim her points due to delay in getting documents at time of pandemic

So is the spouse non accompanying. Or is he already in Canada in a different status?

Did you claim points for the spouse education. If not how did you get 504 points in CRS? If spouse educational points are claimed then ECA is required or they will reject the application

Spouse will be accompanying
If you are not claiming those points then you don't have to worry about it.

Remember you only need to answer yes to the questions you are intending to claim points for and hence will be submitting proof of.

You would just have to answer 'NO'

However, this would give you very few points on your spouse's section. I am guessing you most likely have a PhD degree or Master's degree with several years of Canadian work experience and maybe a Canadian/PR sibling which would explain how you are managing to obtain a CRS of 504 wihtout claiming any points for your spouse's education/language/work experience.

It seems odd, but just in case you should probably double check what points you've received for your ITA, they provide a detailed breakdown of they points you are being awarded.
