Hi I have my husband in Canada on a study permit and me in India, would be happy if anyone could answer on the questions below:-
Background in short:-
My husband got a 1 year study permit in July,
he Landed in August and
my planning is to apply now in October for a visit to him for Christmas holidays.
1) I have fixed assets (a property)
2) 10 lacs in FD's
3) Permanent Job with a MNC
My Questions:-
1) Should I apply for Visit or Dependent Visa from India?
2) Is there anything as Dependent Visa and a Dependent Open Work Permit Visa?
3) Will a Dependent Visa with or without work permit make a difference while applying within Canada?
4) Should I apply for a single entry or multiple entry if I am applying for a Visit Visa?
5) Could a Visit Visa be changed within Canada to an Dependent Open Work Permit Visa?
