Spouse case from outside canada

Hello all,
I have some questions regarding my spouse case.
My wife is canadian citizen and i am indian citizen.
We lodged PR file in embassy few days back.
MY question is that is there will be any problem in my case if i visit my wife in canada before the decision has been taken by the embassy?
I have canadian tourist visa with multiple entries.
If i can visit canada ..then how long i can stay there?
I have done masters from australia in IT.
Is there any way to get work visa during my visit ?
I heard that processing times will be shorter from may 2016?
Is this right? Will this be affecting case?

Was your PR application sent to your local embassy or the Mississauga office? (All spousal applications must be sent to the Mississauga office.)

If you have a valid TRV, you can certainly visit your wife while the application is being processed.

In order to be able to work while you wait, you will need to secure a permanent job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer will have to obtain an approved LMIA. Once you have the job offer and approved LMIA, you will be able to apply for a closed work permit tied to that employer.

All documents completed and checked.
So when i can hear something from embassy?
What will be the processing time,?

Place the barcode page on top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it.

What if barcode is not on top?
I used the same order after the print...
