Hi All,

1) After receiving ITA, where do I upload my wife's birth certificate?
2) Should I upload our matriculation certificates (high-school diplomas) and lawyer certificate in the education section or as an attachment to the LOE?

Thanks,
Guy

1. Birth certificate is only meant for children.
2. They are interested in your highest degree for which you have received ECA.

Lawyer certificate, I don't know.

Why do you want to upload your wife's birth certificate? Has the application requested this information?

What education have you been assessed on? Upload all education certs that you have been assessed on and scored by WES or similar.

Hi,

1) So I don't have to translate and upload my wife's birth certificate at all?

2) I was assessed for two bachelors degrees - I have have the entitlement paper and transcripts and will upload them, but I understood that I need to also upload my lawyers certificate and my highschool diploma, or am I wrong?

No, you're wife's birth certificate is not needed - just a passport copy.
You only upload the education credentials you have been assessed on. Both your Bachelors degree superseded your high school diploma. Why did you not get asssed on your Lawyers certificate? You could have got additional points and it would have cost the same?

I don't think it's something that can be assessed.
and even if it can be assessed, I can't use it in Canada, it means nothing there...

My wife is a Lawyer (UK) and had her's assessed. i think it was equivelent to a 1year diploma or something similar. Got us a few more points.
But anyway if you havent had it assesed it is irrelevant...
