Spouse as "Not Accompanying" on PR application in process

Hi,

I got married after my PNP PR application. I have informed CIC that I got married.They have requested for her passport & also asked that will she accompanying with me or not. I don't want to accompanying her now. She is studying and 1.5 years will take to complete her graduation. There are some financial issues also. What should I do now? What will be wise decision? Please help

Far easier to list her as accompanying and have her do a soft landing rather than sponsor her later.
