Spouse application process time after getting passport call by CPC - Ottawa

Hi

I have added my spouse file after getting passport call by Cpc Ottawa, I have sent all the supporting documents and forms including PCC and Medical within 10 days of request was been received. I was wondering how long does the application process takes to generate new request for me and my spouse.

I really appreciate your advise.
