Spouse Application in New Delhi

Hi Guys,

Last year (2012) I submitted my wife application which they sent to New Delhi, India on Dec 17, 2012.
My question is: I have been checking the status on cic.gc.ca and couple weeks ago they changed the status to: "Medical results have been received" then it got changed to "Medical results are in process.", then days later got changed to "Medical results have been completed".

And now they recently changed the status again to: "Medical results have been received". Can anyone please reply to this message what does this means, and how much longer will it take or is there anyway to contact and check the status of the application.

Ecas is not reliable, so don't think too much about it. Medicals are somewhere in their system, so that's good news!
The only way to check the application is ecas, and waiting for news.
