Spouse Added Paying Fees

Hi Forum members,

I just for married on 4th Dec 2013 and have sent control documents to add spouse to application.

However, since they are not accepting fees anymore online ? Do I fill up the form IMM5620 and send it ? Which address should I send it to ?
